Full Bathroom Remodeling

A full remodel is the one chance to fix what the floor plan got wrong — layout, lighting, plumbing, and ventilation together, rather than one at a time. It is also when the assembly questions get decided: whether an exterior wall behind a shower can still dry, whether the fan is ducted straight outdoors instead of into a soffit, whether the room is being brought up to the 2021 code family Washington adopted in March 2024. We manage every trade through one point of contact and put the fixed price in writing before demolition starts.

How it works

Our full bathroom remodeling process

The right choice for anyone whose bathroom no longer fits how they live and who wants layout, plumbing, lighting, and ventilation rethought as one coordinated project rather than patched piecemeal.

  1. 1

    Plan & Price

We review the existing layout, talk through what is not working, and develop a plan covering fixtures, finishes, and any reconfiguration. You get a fixed price in writing before demolition, and we identify what will require permits and inspection.

  2. 2

    Demo & Rough-In

We strip the room and bring in plumbing and electrical to move supply, drain, and wiring for the new layout. Framing, ventilation routing, and the drying path behind any exterior wall are settled now, while the walls are open and the decisions are still cheap.

  3. 3

    Surfaces & Waterproofing

Substrate, waterproofing, flooring, and wall tile establish the durable shell of the room. Everything installed later mounts to this, so it is done in order and verified before it is covered.

  4. 4

    Finish & Walk-Through

Vanities, countertops, fixtures, lighting, glass, and hardware are installed and adjusted. We test every fixture, confirm the exhaust actually pulls, clean up, and walk the finished room with you.

Full Bathroom Remodeling questions

What does a full bathroom remodel actually include?
A full remodel touches the whole room — layout, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, flooring, tile, vanity, fixtures, and lighting — and brings the work up to the code family Washington adopted in March 2024. The advantage over piecemeal upgrades is that ventilation and waterproofing get designed alongside the finishes instead of inherited from whatever was there.
Can the layout be changed, or only the finishes?
Because the walls are open, this is the practical moment to relocate plumbing and reconfigure for better flow and storage. Moving fixtures adds rough-in work and may extend the permit scope, but doing it now costs a fraction of revisiting it after the room is finished.
Will I have pricing surprises partway through?
You get a fixed price for the agreed scope before work begins. The honest caveat is that opening a wall in an older home can reveal damage nobody could see beforehand — failed waterproofing, old supply lines, rot from a long-running leak. When that happens we show you what we found and price the repair before proceeding, rather than absorbing it into the schedule silently.
